Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PixelCollector, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
User Accounts
To use certain features of PixelCollector, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Marketplace Rules
Users may list items for sale on the marketplace. All listings must be accurate and comply with applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and providing accurate descriptions of items.
Prohibited Content
Users may not post content that is illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others. PixelCollector reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on PixelCollector, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of PixelCollector or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant PixelCollector a license to use it.
Limitation of Liability
PixelCollector is not responsible for transactions between users. We provide a platform for users to connect but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Buyer and Seller Roles
PixelCollector is a marketplace platform. Sellers are independent traders responsible for listing accuracy, fulfilment, shipping, and applicable consumer-law obligations. Buyers purchase directly from sellers; PixelCollector facilitates payment via Stripe Connect but is not the seller of record for marketplace items.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer buying from a private seller, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply to peer-to-peer sales of used goods between individuals. When buying from a professional seller (Store account), you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless an exception applies (e.g. sealed goods opened after delivery). Contact the seller first; if unresolved, contact support@pixel-collector.com within 14 days of delivery.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Try to resolve order issues with the seller via messaging. If you paid through Stripe, you may open a dispute in accordance with Stripe and card-network rules. PixelCollector may provide transaction evidence to payment processors. Chargebacks are handled per our Refund & Dispute Playbook (operations team). Platform fees and Connect transfers may be reversed when a chargeback is lost.
